Hermann and Christopher have already gained international experience. Hermann first went to Portugal to the star chef Dieter Koschina and then to Barcelona to the 3-Michelin star restaurant "La Sarte".
Christopher began his journey in Portugal and was allowed to work as Chef de Partie at Traube Tonbach after two summer seasons with Mr. Koschina.
