CONTACT WITH US

If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored with us for six months for the purpose of processing your request and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.

We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for order data processing.

The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

Our concern in the sense of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is to improve our offer and our online presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymized. User data is evaluated by Google to create reports.

GOOGLE MAPS

Our website uses map material from Google Maps by Google LLC at 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Each time Google Maps is called up, a cookie is set by Google to process user settings and data when displaying the page.

This cookie will usually not be deleted by closing the browser but will expire after a certain period unless manually deleted by you beforehand.

NEWSLETTER DATA

The data you provided for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter or the newsletter service provider, and will be deleted after the cancellation from the newsletter distribution list. Data stored for other purposes with us remains unaffected.

After you unsubscribe from the newsletter distribution list, your email address will be stored by us or the newsletter service provider in a blacklist to prevent future mailings. The data in the blacklist will only be used for this purpose and not combined with other data.

We use Sendinblue as our marketing platform. By filling out and submitting the form, you confirm that the information you provide will be transferred to Sendinblue for processing in accordance with the privacy policy.
